HAIL ASSOCIATES LTD - COVID-19 LEVEL 3 OPERATIONS PROCEDURES

During Level 3 we are only allowed to work on pre-organised bookings and any vehicle drop offs and pick-ups must remain contactless, which means strictly no admittance to our building.

We will have strict safety procedures in place for all staff and customers to comply with the Health & Safety guidelines set out for operating under the Level 3 status. 

ASSESSMENTS:

Assessments of vehicles take approximately 15-20 minutes.

You are welcome to either stay inside your vehicle throughout the assessment or park your vehicle and find a place to wait at least 2m away from every side of the vehicle.

VEHICLE DROP OFF FOR REPAIRS:

Our front door will be locked, so we ask for you to phone us on arrival, (0800 33 68 33 – follow the location prompts) and we will talk you through the contactless drop-off process. 

Please ensure the following:

- your vehicle’s key is just a single key on its own – please remove any other key ring attachments. (although please do include any roof rack or canopy keys).

- your vehicle is empty i.e. no cars seats, no extra equipment left in the vehicle.

- turn off fans and close vents before exiting your vehicle.

After your vehicle has been dropped off – your vehicle and keys will be sanitised before we start work on it.

VEHICLE COLLECTION:

We will contact you when your vehicle is ready for collection.

Our procedures involve cleaning the interior of the vehicle with a sanitiser, paying particular attention to frequently touched surfaces such as steering wheels, hand brake levers, door handles etc. Our team wear disposable gloves during this process.

As we are required to be a contactless operation during this time, we will not be accepting cash or processing any eftpos transactions and will require any excess payments to be direct credited to our bank account prior to vehicle pick up. We will contact you with your excess amount and bank account details if this applies to you – please reference your vehicle’s registration # with payment.
